Gift cards are valid for 6 calendar months from the date of purchase.

To redeem your treatment, it is essential to make a prior reservation through the contact methods detailed on the website, email, telephone/WhatsApp and contact form detailing the number that appears on your gift card. Reservations are subject to availability, we advise you to make your reservation in advance.

The 5-session vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not nominal in nature. They can be shared.

Returns of gift cards or purchased vouchers are not allowed, but the change of ownership is allowed to be enjoyed by another person in the event that the owner cannot use and enjoy it. Under no circumstances may it be exchanged for money. If you wish to change the type of treatment it is possible as long as you pay the difference if it is a treatment of greater value or duration. In the event of a change to a treatment of a lesser amount or duration, no refund will be made.

The company reserves the right to modify your reservation due to force majeure in which case you will be offered an alternative day/time and if you do not find another date that suits your needs, the amount of the appointment will be refunded if it was already paid for as long as it was canceled by the company.

If you cannot cancel 24 hours in advance, please cancel as early as possible. If we manage to fill the space with clients on our waiting list, the treatment will not be considered consumed and you will be able to use it on another occasion.
